Debra DeWitt Jordan: Elmwood Cemetery is one of the most beautiful places I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. My great grandfather, Dr. John Blount DeWitt is resting in your peaceful and tranquil surroundings. I would like to personally thank all the staff and groundspeople for the great job they do to keep Elmwood lovely. It is appreciated.

Robin Teague & Myrna Jackson: We have a grandmother buried there at Elmwood. Her name was Lizzy Bell Schembra and she died and was buried there during the flood of 1937 or there abouts. Would like to know if there has been a marker of some kind put out for her grave? We would appriciate the information. Is the monutment store at the entrance of the bridge still there. and can we purchase a marker and have it put out there in honor and memory of our mother which is Lizzy's daughter and was with her at the time of her death and did not get to attend the funeral. We did locate the grave a few years back and did get to take our mother there to see it once and this was the first and last time she visited the site. Please let us know the information needed. The cemetery is beautiful and we count it an honor to have our grandmother buried there. Thank you Robin and Myrna rjtx2@hotmail.com 479-331-3185 350 Loveless lane Dover, AR 72837

David Stafford: Kim, Great site! A perfect example to showcase the beauty of Elmwood. You may not remember me, but I worked at Crone Monument during most of the 90's with both George Crone and Paul West. I miss Memphis and am glad to see such wonderful improvements going on here at the cemetery! Thanks for providing an excellent portal to my many fond memories of Elmwood and I look forward to keeping up with one of my favorite places in the world! David Stafford Los Angeles, California
