Bold Women Change History: Women of Elmwood, Part Two

The Women of Elmwood, Part Two.

We had so much to say we needed another hour!

The very first person to be buried at Elmwood was a woman. A Civil Rights activist, a beauty queen, suffragists, an explorer, and so many more: the women who are buried at Elmwood Cemetery lived incredibly diverse lives. They contributed to the world we live in, shaping it and improving it for all.

We invite you to join us online for this presentation given by Kim Bearden, Executive Director of Elmwood (and a woman, herself). The cost to join us for this fantastic history lesson is a mere $10!

Join us for this online talk and let's celebrate the marvelous history that Memphis women made happen! Sign up and you'll receive a Zoom link in your email.
