Marshall Hart has been a mid-south resident for 17 years and an avid amateur photographer his entire life. Although his background is in marketing and promotions, photography is his passion. In addition to giving his time to Elmwood Cemetery, he also does volunteer work for Shelby Farms and Memphis Heritage.
“Photographers are lovers of life” says Hart, “That’s why I love Elmwood Cemetery. It’s not about death, but rather about all the diverse incredible lives depicted here. Each visit reminds me that life is short, and encourages me to live each day to the fullest”.
